The Secrets of Design
SUPPLY YOUR OWN
We’re happy to print from print-ready artwork you may have from a preferred design agency or in-house designer.
In order for us to print your artwork we need a high res PDF with 3mm bleed and crop marks. Please check all images are CMYK and high res. It’s also worth checking your document is set to the correct dimensions.
TEMPLATES AND SAMPLES
Each year we create a new range of design templates and update them regularly in order to speed up the design process. This also helps to give our clients some creative inspiration into how you would like your product to look.
THE SMALL PRINT
Proof-reading is vital. We recommend thoroughly checking your design proof prior to print, as we cannot be held responsible for any errors which have not been corrected prior to your approval and sign off. This includes double and triple checking phone numbers, names, text and any other content.
Digital Printing
WHAT IS DIGITAL PRINTING?
Digital printing allows us to produce exactly the quantity you require, without the expense of make-ready or set-up. You simply pay a click charge per sheet for the quantity required on the chosen paper material.
If you only want 85 copies, that’s all we print. The pricing structure of digital printing allows our quotes to be highly competitive.

Litho Print
TRADITIONAL PRINT PRACTICES
The most common, high-volume, commercial printing technology is Offset Lithography.
With litho print the image is burned onto a metal plate using a laser, which is then loaded onto the printing press.
The process relies on the repulsion of oil and water; the image to be printed gets ink from rollers, while the non-printed area attracts a film of water, so it remains ink-free.
Special inks and Pantones can be used with lithographic printing techniques.
